Please mail your rent payment (check or money order) made out to Thompson's Realty with your address listed in the memo field to: Thompson's Realty 67 S Higley Rd suite 103-197 Gilbert, AZ 85296 When is my rent due? Rents are due per your contract. All late fees begin at 5pm on the 1st of the month. Late fees are described in your rental contract. If you have questions please feel free to call us. If your due date is a holiday (NO US MAIL) or a Sunday please plan accordingly. How do I submit a repair request?
