If you have found this site, chances are you have already been poking around on the internet using google or other
popular search engines to begin your home search. You have no doubt come across many homes that you are
interested in but the sites they are listed on are large national real estate hubs that are often times not current. Even
more frustrating is you can't get in touch with a real live human being to answer any questions about the homes.
We want to help you leisurely search the official Phoenix MLS at your pace, no pressure and no hassel YES, you
read that right!
How and Why we do we do this?
Arizona homes for sale are compiled together in our local Arizona MLS called ARMLS® (Arizona Regional Multiple
Listing Service® The Spectrum Group of Arizona subscribes to ARMLS® (via Jason Geroux - an Arizona Real Estate
licensee) in order to provide you, the home shopper, an up to date list of available homes for sale in the Phoenix real
estate market. We have taken it a step further though and subscribed to the FLEX MLS service which offers us a
unique tool to offer to our current and potential clients.
Many agents provide free home searches on their websites, and they are great tools, don't get us wrong. However,
often times they are independant third part replication services that have to first pull thousands of listings info, import
it into their service and then send it back out to their subscribers (agents) This fact alone eliminates the "LIVE" aspect
that us agents enjoy when we are performing home research on behalf of our clients. FLEX MLS eliminates that
